If you are accessing this site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use this website or make any purchase from it.

Daylore reserves the right to update or revise these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to this page. Your continued use of the site following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Nature of Our Services

The guides available through this website are authored by independent writers based on personal research and direct experience visiting Universal Studios Singapore. They are sold as digital downloads and are delivered to the purchaser's email address in PDF format. The price shown for each guide is the price for that informational document alone. No entry, admission, or access to any theme park, venue, or attraction is included, implied, or offered.

Daylore is not a travel agent, ticket vendor, or ticket broker. We do not have any commercial, affiliate, or referral relationship with Universal Studios Singapore, Resorts World Sentosa Pte. Ltd., Comcast NBCUniversal, or any other operator of any theme park or attraction.

Nature of Content

Our guides are based on the authors' research and experience visiting Universal Studios Singapore across multiple occasions over a period of years. They represent the authors' personal observations, recommendations, and assessments and should not be treated as official park information, advice, or communications of any kind.

Park operating hours, attraction availability, dining options, seasonal events, pricing, zone layouts, and all other operational details are subject to change at any time and without notice by the park's operators. Daylore does not represent that the information contained in its guides is complete, current, or error-free. Readers are strongly advised to verify all operational details directly with Universal Studios Singapore or Resorts World Sentosa via their official channels before visiting.

No guarantee is made, express or implied, that following the advice contained in any Daylore guide will produce any particular outcome, including but not limited to reduced queue times, improved satisfaction, financial savings, or any specific visitor experience.

Payment and Refunds

Payment for digital guides is processed at the time of order. Prices are stated in Singapore Dollars (S$) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. By placing an order you authorise the applicable charge for the guide selected.

Because our products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds except in cases where a guide was not delivered due to a technical fault attributable to Daylore. If you have not received your guide within two business days of placing your order and it is not in your spam or junk folder, please contact us at guide@daylore.sg and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Duplicate purchases made in error should be reported to us within 48 hours and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We do not issue refunds on the basis of dissatisfaction with content, change of plans, or failure to use the guide prior to a visit.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the Daylore website — including but not limited to written text, guide content, layout, design, graphics, and structural elements — is the intellectual property of Daylore and its respective authors. This content is protected under applicable copyright laws of Singapore and international intellectual property conventions.

Guides purchased through this site are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the individual purchaser only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense, translate, adapt, publish, or otherwise make available the content of any Daylore guide to any third party, in whole or in part, in any format, without the express prior written consent of Daylore.

Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the Daylore brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner without prior written approval.
